What to expect from your Prom appointment?

So you’ve booked your appointment at Crystal Boutique – how exciting! You’ve probably got a few questions about your appointment so keep reading our FAQ’s below to find out more.

How long is my appointment?

You are allocated an hour for your appointment with one of our experience sales assistants, so please do make sure you arrive on time, you can always book a second appointment if you run out of time.

How many people can I bring with me?

We do ask that no more than 3 people including the Prom young lady attend the appointment and we do ask that all Prom girls are accompanied by an adult.

You’ve seen the dress you want and want nothing else?

Please come with an open mind, we will encourage you to try on different styles and colours even though you might have set your mind on something you already really like – often we find that you will find something even better in stock than the one you originally had your heart set on.

Will you you sell the same dress to the same school?

No – We keep a record of the dresses we sell and we don’t sell the same dress to the same school in the same colour, giving you that re-assurance that you won’t find someone else at your prom in the same dress from Crystal Boutique.

Do you have onsite parking?

We have very limited parking so would suggest parking in the Station car park or Avondale Rd. On Sundays you can park in Ravenscroft Garage.

What if I can no longer make my appointment?

If you can no longer attend your appointment for what ever reason, please contact Crystal Boutique to cancel, as we are very busy and have a waiting list of people who we could offer your time slot to.
